Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic VP of Engineering for QA and Delivery to lead our quality
assurance, delivery, pipeline, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will establish
robust testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and compliance processes that ensure our
products meet the highest standards of security and performance while enabling rapid
delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA, Delivery, Pipeline, and Compliance teams to ensure consistent, high-quality
releases - Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and testing frameworks
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for secure, compliant, and efficient delivery
- Establish and maintain compliance processes for FIPS and other regulatory
requirements - Partner with the Core Tech team to ensure quality and security at every development
stage - Implement metrics and monitoring systems to measure product quality and delivery
performance - Drive continuous improvement in release processes and infrastructure
- Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and staffing for QA and Delivery teams
- Collaborate with Customer Delivery Platform team to enable smooth customer
deployments
Requirements:
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 5+ years in QA/DevOps leadership
- Extensive experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and infrastructure
automation - Strong understanding of compliance requirements (FIPS, FedRAMP, etc.)
- Experience implementing quality frameworks in security-focused environments
- Track record of building and scaling QA and delivery teams
- Deep knowledge of container technologies, virtualization, and cloud platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
