Role Overview
The Customer Acquisition Executive will be part of the Customer Acquisition Team (CAT) and will beresponsible for executing both outbound and inbound prospecting for an assigned technology segment. Therole is focused on building a qualified sales pipeline by engaging with engineering, DevOps, cloud, andsecurity leaders through personalized, multi-channel outreach.The ideal candidate brings strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and a structuredapproach to prospecting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end prospect outreach for an assigned technology segment (e.g., DevOps,Developers, CTOs, DevSecOps, CSOs).
- Conduct research on target accounts, including their technology stack, cloud environment, andsecurity posture to tailor communication.
- Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects based on technical fit, business challenges, and buying intent.
- Schedule high-quality discovery and qualification meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Maintain accurate, clean, and updated records in CRM and sales engagement tools.
- Work closely with the Marketing team on persona-based messaging, cadence planning, andcampaign execution.
- Stay updated on cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, and SaaS industry trends relevant to the assignedsegment.
