This Privacy Policy aims to inform you about the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our website, software, and services, collectively referred to as the “Service”.   • Given the nature of internet transactions, CleanStart does not take any responsibility for the transmission of information including User Information shared by you. Any transmission of User Information on the internet is done at your risk and CleanStart shall not be responsible for the circumvention of the privacy settings or security measures either by you or any third party.  
  • When you enter User information (such as log in credentials) in respect of your User Account (“User Information”) or when you upload any Information through the use of the Platform, we take reasonable efforts to ensure that your User Information and all other information submitted by you is safe and secure; however, the Company makes no representation, warranties or other assurances that the security measures are adequate, safe, fool proof or impenetrable.  
  • As a User of the Services, you have the responsibility to ensure data security. You should use the Services responsibly and not share your User Information including your username or password or account information with any person. Do remember that you are solely responsible for all acts done under the account registered to you.

CleanStart ensures that verification processes used by third party application will help to make your account safe from fraud or any money laundering.

CleanStart recognizes its responsibility to keep confidential and secure at all times any information that CleanStart receives in connection with a transaction. CleanStart has all the necessary electronic and physical procedures in place to keep your information secure in order to prevent any unauthorized access. When you log into your CleanStart account, all Internet communication is secured using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology with 256-bit encryption security. For your own safety, please make sure never to share your CleanStart login details with anyone.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Policy or elsewhere, to the extent permissible under applicable laws, CleanStart shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or misuse of your Personal Information/Non-Personal Information/Sensitive Personal Information, if such loss, damage or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below).

A Force Majeure Event shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of CleanStart and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, epidemic, unauthorised access to computer, computer system or computer network, computer crashes, breach of security and encryption (provided beyond reasonable control of CleanStart), power or electricity failure or unavailability of adequate power or electricity.

Jurisdiction:

This Privacy Policy is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.  

Indemnity:

You shall indemnify and hold harmless CleanStart, its officers, directors, contractors or agents and any third parties relying on the information provided by you for any losses, including all claims, damages, liabilities, deficiencies, assessments, interest, awards, settlements, penalties, fines, costs or expenses, suffered, incurred, sustained by, or imposed on CleanStart, as a result of, arising out of, with respect to, in connection with or by reason of a breach or non-performance of any of the terms, conditions, representations, warranties or covenants contained in this Privacy Policy by You.
