Role Overview

The Developer Advocate will serve as the technical voice of the product for the developer and DevOpscommunity. The role is responsible for building trust, driving product adoption, and enabling a thrivingecosystem through education, technical content, open-source engagement, and community programs.This position sits at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and developer communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical evangelist for developers, DevOps engineers, and platform engineeringteams.
• Create high-quality technical content including blogs, demos, tutorials, videos, and hands-on labs.
• Represent the company at conferences, webinars, meetups, and community events as a speaker.
• Build and foster active developer communities across Slack, Discord, GitHub, and social platforms.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to inform product roadmap throughdeveloper feedback.
• Support product launches with technical enablement, walkthroughs, and proof-of-concept demos.
• Work closely with Product Marketing to align technical storytelling with go-to-market initiatives.
• Enable Sales and Customer Acquisition teams with technical workshops, demos, and solutionguides.
• Track community sentiment, developer adoption trends, and key engagement insights.
