We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with global exposure who can manage financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and help build scalable financial processes that support the company’s international growth.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment, collaborating with leadership, and contributing to financial strategy while ensuring strong compliance and reporting standards.

What You’ll Be Working On

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management

• Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards

• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and financial audits

Global Accounting & International Exposure

• Handle accounting and financial processes related to global entities or international transactions

• Work with financial requirements across Singapore, the USA, the Middle East, or other global jurisdictions

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for cross-border transactions and global financial reporting

• Coordinate with external consultants or advisors for international compliance matters

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations in India

• Manage tax filings and ensure regulatory deadlines are met

• Stay updated with regulatory changes impacting IT and global service companies

Financial Planning & Business Support

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Monitor company expenses and provide insights to improve financial efficiency

• Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making

Process Improvement & Controls

• Strengthen internal financial controls and compliance processes

• Improve financial workflows and reporting systems as the company grows

• Support implementation or optimization of financial tools and systems

What We’re Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification

• 4–6 years of experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or technology companies

• Experience working with global companies, international clients, or overseas entities

• Understanding of accounting practices related to Singapore, USA, Middle East, or other global jurisdictions

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance

• Experience handling financial reporting, audits, and compliance frameworks

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Tools & Systems Exposure (Preferred)

Experience with financial systems such as

• Tally

• Zoho Books

• QuickBooks
