Role Overview
The Marketing Designer within the Product Marketing team is responsible for creating visually compelling assets that support CleanStart’s brand, products, and go-to-market initiatives. This role combines graphic design, information design, and visual storytelling to develop marketing collateral that drives awareness, engagement, sales enablement, and product understanding.
The ideal candidate can transform complex technical concepts into clear, professional, and visually engaging content across digital, web, social, event, and sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing assets including banners, social media creatives, infographics, advertisements, email graphics, and website visuals.
- Create sales and product marketing collateral such as solution briefs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, one-pagers, datasheets, and competitive battlecards.
- Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations for product launches, customer meetings, webinars, analyst briefings, partner engagements, industry events, and leadership communications.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Product Management, Sales, and Leadership teams to translate messaging into compelling visual assets.
- Transform complex technical concepts, product capabilities, workflows, architectures, and market insights into clear visual representations, diagrams, and infographics.
- Design event and campaign materials including booth graphics, signage, brochures, digital ads, and promotional assets.
- Support go-to-market initiatives with creative assets for product launches, solution campaigns, thought leadership programs, and demand generation activities.
- Maintain consistency across all assets by adhering to CleanStart’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Build and maintain a library of reusable design templates, presentation frameworks, icons, illustrations, and brand assets.
- Support website and digital marketing initiatives with graphics optimized for engagement and conversion.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, visual design, marketing design, or related creative roles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern collaborative design workflows.
- Strong experience designing professional PowerPoint presentations and sales enablement materials.
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, branding, and information design principles.
- Experience creating marketing collateral across digital and print channels.
- Ability to simplify and visually communicate complex concepts and technical information.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight timelines.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud, or developer-focused organizations.
- Experience designing long-form assets such as whitepapers, reports, solution briefs, and industry research content.
- Experience creating event branding, campaign creative, and sales enablement materials.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus.
- Experience using AI-powered design tools to improve creative workflows.
