Clean Libraries continuously verifies open-source dependencies directly from source, giving developers trusted libraries to consume while enforcing enterprise governance over unverified public packages. It addresses the risk of dependencies entering the software supply chain through developer choices, AI suggestions, or transitive resolution without any check on identity, provenance, or trust

Clean Libraries
AI coding agents install entire dependency trees in seconds, and one deliberate dependency pulls in hundreds that nobody reviewed, while the first check runs at build time after the merge. This datasheet describes Clean Libraries, which returns one signed verdict for every open source request: clean, flagged, blocked or insufficient data. Each verdict rests on components rebuilt from source pinned by commit hash and checked for origin, behaviour and equivalence to upstream across eight language ecosystems, with SLSA provenance and SBOMs in SPDX and CycloneDX.
