About the Role

As we continue to grow, we’re lookingfor an HR Executive who is passionate about creating a smooth employee experience while helping us bringthe right talent into the organization.This role is a mix of HR operations (60%) and recruitment (40%), making it perfect for someone who enjoysboth working with people internally and building strong teams externally.You will play a key role in ensuring employees have a seamless journey—from the moment they join to theirgrowth within the company.
What You’ll Be Working On
Employee Experience & HR Operations (60%)
You’ll be the person who ensures our HR processes run smoothly and employees feel supported.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires and ensure a great first-day experience
- Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters
- Maintain and update employee data and HR records in internal systems
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and policies
- Coordinate exit processes, documentation, and exit interviews
Talent Acquisition (40%)
You’ll also help us grow by bringing the right people into the team.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and recruitment trackers
- Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Someone who enjoys working with people and improving employee experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Nice to Have
- MBA / PGDM in HR
- Experience working with HRMS tools such as Zoho People or similar platforms
