About the Role

As we continue to grow, we’re lookingfor an HR Executive who is passionate about creating a smooth employee experience while helping us bringthe right talent into the organization.This role is a mix of HR operations (60%) and recruitment (40%), making it perfect for someone who enjoysboth working with people internally and building strong teams externally.You will play a key role in ensuring employees have a seamless journey—from the moment they join to theirgrowth within the company.

What You’ll Be Working On

Employee Experience & HR Operations (60%)

You’ll be the person who ensures our HR processes run smoothly and employees feel supported.

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires and ensure a great first-day experience
  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters
  • Maintain and update employee data and HR records in internal systems
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Assist employees with HR-related queries and policies
  • Coordinate exit processes, documentation, and exit interviews

Talent Acquisition (40%)

You’ll also help us grow by bringing the right people into the team.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Screen profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage candidate communication and recruitment trackers
  • Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Someone who enjoys working with people and improving employee experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have

  • MBA / PGDM in HR
  • Experience working with HRMS tools such as Zoho People or similar platforms
