Role Overview:
As a Senior Delivery Engineer for Enterprise customers, you will be responsible forthe successful deployment and integration of CleanStart's container security solutionsinto customer environments. You will work directly with enterprise customers tounderstand their requirements, design solution architectures, and ensure smoothimplementation. Your technical expertise and customer focus will be crucial inhelping organizations transform their container security posture using ourCleanStart product line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical implementation of CleanStart solutions in enterprise customerenvironments
- Design and document deployment architectures tailored to customerrequirements
- Develop integration plans for connecting CleanStart products with existingcustomer systems
- Create and deliver custom solutions, configurations, and automation forenterprise clients
- Troubleshoot complex implementation issues and provide timelyresolutions
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers on container security bestpractices
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer needs
- Contribute to product improvement based on implementation experiences
- Mentor junior delivery engineers and share technical knowledge
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, solutions engineering, orcustomer-facing roles
- Strong knowledge of container technologies and orchestration platforms
- Experience implementing enterprise software solutions
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Understanding of software supply chain security concepts
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Experience working with enterprise IT and security teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with container security or vulnerability management solutions
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SLSA, NIST, FedRAMP)
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Background in security engineering or implementation
- Understanding of SBOM and software attestation concepts
- Experience with multiple cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
